We stayed at Hadleigh Farm Cottage for a peaceful weekend getaway. The location was incredibly quiet and allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area. We loved the easy access to a village pub and the convenience of being a short drive away from Kings Lynn. The cottage itself was small but had all the facilities we needed, including a BBQ and a cozy log burner. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small milk and chocolate biscuit welcome package upon our arrival. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and warm, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Parking was simple and the kitchen was well-stocked. a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the Norfolk countryside.

The fireplace was a lovely touch during our Christmas stay. We enjoyed the biscuits and drinks sachets left by the staff. The location in a quiet village made it easy to relax and the nearby pub was a great option for dining out.
The staff also failed to provide us with the key code, causing a delay in accessing the property. The double bed was uncomfortably small, forcing one of us to sleep in a single bed in another room.

Staying at this charming cottage was an absolute delight. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful garden created the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation in King's Lynn. Exploring the area's attractions was a breeze, thanks to the convenient location of the property. And let's not forget the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to surf the web effortlessly. But the real highlight of my stay was the bathroom with a shower. The pressure was simply incredible, making every shower feel like a refreshing waterfall experience!
Smallest double bed.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was so peaceful and quiet, and we loved that there was a fantastic village pub just a 2-mile walk away. It was super easy to explore Kings Lynn and beyond from here. The cottage was small but perfect for us, and had everything we needed, including a BBQ and log burner - talk about cozy! The little touches like leaving us milk and chocolate biscuits on arrival were so thoughtful. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable sofas and a well-stocked kitchen. We were thrilled to find a fireplace too, it really added to the ambiance. And of course, the free parking and Wi-Fi were a huge plus. We had an absolutely mind-blowing stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. No pets allowed and no smoking on site, which was great.

Hadleigh Farm Cottage, with its beautiful garden, provided a peaceful and relaxing environment for our family. It was conveniently located just 13 km from Sandringham House Museum & Grounds, allowing us to easily explore and appreciate its historical charm. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering us a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The small touches, such as a provided BBQ and log burner, added to our overall experience, while the nearby village pub provided the perfect opportunity for a delightful 2-mile walk and a taste of local cuisine.
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children.
